General Manager
Dianne is responsible for the overall management and operation of New Lake Peer Support Ltd. She has worked at New Lake Peer Support Ltd. since 1989. Dianne has broad management experience with more than 30 years experience in the welfare and community services sector. She has a Bachelor of Social Science and also has qualifications in Community Management, Welfare and Workplace Training & Assessment.
Assistant Manager
Leesa assists in the management and operation of New Lake while also coordinating the social and recreational programs. She recently joined New Lake and has a background working in disability support and as a SIL house co-ordinator. She has a Certificate III in Disability
Support Coordinator
Sallyanne has more than 30 years working in the disability sector. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Dip Ed); Diploma in Community Services (Case coordination), Disability and also Auslan. Sallyanne assists participants to coordinate and implement services and supports in their NDIS Plan.
Respite Co-ordinator
Jin Im is responsible for the co-ordination of respite supports. She has worked in the disability sector for over 20 years. She joined New Lake Peer Support Ltd. in 2000 and was appointed to the position of Respite Co-ordinator in 2011. Jin Im has a Bachelor of Physical Education and Master of Early Childhood Education.
Day Program Co-ordinator
Susan is responsible for the co-ordination of day programs. She has been at New Lake since 2003 and has worked in a number of positions across the organisation and was appointed to the position of Day Program Co-ordinator in 2014.
